Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of Brevard County Recent Arrests. By accessing the site, a visitor agrees to follow them. Anyone who does not accept these conditions should stop using the site.

This is a private site with no government affiliation. Neither the site nor its advertising partners is a consumer reporting agency or offers FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening.

Nature of the Site

Brevard County Recent Arrests is a private reference resource with no connection to BCSO, the Brevard County Jail Complex, FDC, a court, or another government body. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file documents. It points visitors to government arrest, booking, jail, court, and corrections resources and may connect them with outside research tools.

Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming people, services, or systems.

  • Do not violate a law while using the site.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated screening decision.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access to an account, server, or network.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor its advertising partners provides screening services. Users agree not to apply site information to employment decisions, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance pricing, licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Links to Other Services

Links may point to jail rosters, booking searches, sheriff and corrections websites, government portals, legal resources, and outside search providers. We do not endorse or control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, data practices, uptime, or later changes. Review each destination's own terms before use.

No Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a specific purpose. Partner search results may be incomplete. Custody data and public records can change quickly, and nothing here is an official statement by a sheriff or government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.

Indemnification

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from that user's conduct, use of the site, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Brevard County Recent Arrests or the identified content partner. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, altered, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Changes and Access

These terms may be changed at any time. A new version takes effect when posted. Access may also be suspended, limited, or revoked at any time and without advance notice, including when conduct threatens the site or violates these terms.

Florida Law

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
